1. About MAAL
The Missouri Alliance for Animal Legislation is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to advancing animal welfare laws in Missouri. Donations to MAAL are not tax-deductible.

Donations made through this Website help support MAAL’s lobbying and advocacy work. As a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, donations are not tax-deductible.

Online donations and payments are processed by secure third-party vendors. MAAL does not store complete payment card information.
4.3 Recurring Donations
If you sign up for recurring donations you authorize MAAL (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method regularly. You may cancel future payments at any time by contacting MAAL or managing settings within the payment portal.
4.4 Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at admin@maal.org.
5. User Submissions
If you submit content to MAAL, such as photos, stories, contest entries, or testimonials (“User Content”), you grant MAAL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the User Content for promotional and advocacy purposes.
You represent that: You own or have permission to submit the User Content; Your content does not violate any rights of others. MAAL may remove any User Content at its discretion.
